Our daily ladybird log was made as a non-sweary, family-friendly notepad design. This is to encourage self reflection, to offer you a quick moment to check in with yourself wherever you are, whoever you may be around. Being in touch with yourself in the moment is important.
The idea itself was made from our 'ladybird lessons' social media series, which was created to share other peoples stories and words of advice on their own journey.
